TASTING NOTES
The 2011 Rosé is an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. This distinctive red berry fruit on the nose, with strawberry and pomegranate aromas originates from the unique way the two grapes are fused. The wine lingers in a dry, crisp and mineral taste on the palate.
WINEMAKING NOTES
Both portions of this blend are picked at an early stage, moderate skin contact given and only the free-run juice used with a cold fermentation technique.
