The Roses and Rosé Charity was held at the Black Oystercatcher Venue,
with a fun dress-up fundraising theme for Hospice Bredasdorp.

We had the privilege to host a Champagne Breakfast for a 21st Birthday; we had so much fun playing with all the colours an doing a different take on the traditional breakfast. We baked herbed flat breads that we topped with ricotta and put under the grill, then pilled these with roasted tomatoes, bacon and fried egg or fried field mushrooms, poached egg and parmesan cheese.
